WARNING: There are SPOILERS throughout this review. If you can possibly spoil a film that has virtually no plot, characterisation, or anything remotely resembling a three act structure.

 

WARNING #2: This films is beyond terrible. It is not so bad, it's good. It may well be the least talked about eighth sign. Under no circumstances should you watch it.

 

But do listen in as Wayne and Paul attempt to give adequately describe this abomination that Tom Hooper and Universal Studios would have you believe is a musical fantasy film.

The Top 10 Films We've Ever Reviewed!

Five years ago, two fools with nothing better to do decided they might talk about movies (and sometimes television) in order of awesomeness, in case someone out there might be guided by their reviews.

 

That was an abject failure, so they decided instead to take the complete piss out of each other and have a laugh.

 

And now, you're listening to the fifth year anniversary of that first episode.

 

In a world where we face an unprecedented challenge (at least in our life time), you can be sure The Countdown will be right there with you, our amazing listeners, since you are all responsible for getting the boys this far into their journey.

Bloodshot review

The last film the boys are likely to review at the cinema in some time is Bloodshot, which, as it turns out, would be an awful note to go out on, so let's all hope the Covid-19 pandemic burns itself out sooner rather than later ...

 

Vin Diesel stars in this stinker of a film from the guy who brought you Truth or Dare and Blumhouse's Fantasy Island, and you should not bother. So let us attend the theatre in your place and warn you well away, as The Countdown continues ...
