Triple Frontier review

Ben Affleck looks glum and world-weary, Oscar Issac has a plan, Charlie Hunnam is less annoying than usual, Pedro Pascal has a weird callsign and Garrett Hedlund has none... and these five little soldiers went wee wee wee, all the way to the drug dealer's stash in Netflix's new big budget action-thriller, Triple Frontier.

Is it a triumphant success of a release or yet another Netflix disappointment? The boys answer that question as they weigh in with their review ...

Captain Marvel review

Despite the determined trolls out there, Captain Marvel has killed it at the box office and Paul and Wayne give their thoughts in an in-depth review of the 21st film in the MCU! Is it top-tier Marvel or does it slide down the list when compared to the last ten years of releases? And what will the guys' final scores be when one of them is relatively unimpressed and the other seems quite enamoured with the film?

Ever been so totally shocked by a moment in a film you struggled to process it? What about being unable to speak out of sheer consternation at what you've just seen? Or maybe you were just so angry at a choice a movie made that you wanted to rail at the stars? (Which, for the record, is still better than becoming an internet troll.)

Well, Paul and Wayne have experienced all of the above, so this week they're counting down their Top 10 WTF Movie Moments! Which is your cue to strap yourselves in as the boys cover everything from shocking deaths to a particular animal's breasts. (Yes, sadly, you read that correctly).

In other words, it's more of the chaos you've come to expect, as The Countdown continues ...

Green Book review

Green Book: the best film of 2018, according to the Academy. But is it? Wayne and Paul this week dive into this polarising film and give their verdict on whether it should have won the Oscar for Best Picture and go down in history as such.

NOTE: This whole review is spoiler free (though Wayne tries his absolute best at one point before Paul shoots him down).

Widows review

Once again, the box office has failed the boys, so they're turning the clock back to late 2018 to take a look at Steve McQueen's Widows and its all-star cast. And find out who changes their tune (to some degree) through the course of the review ...
